LAUREN

Lauren has  more than 30 years experience as both an independent management consultant and as an executive at JP Morgan Chase, where she was responsible for the global development of people. She worked with the executive team to drive the growth of key talent, and was central to  succession planning, career planning and leadership development. During her long tenure she also held senior roles in executive development and performance management, training and career development and executive resourcing in addition to being a Human Resource Executive for a major line of business. 

In her role as an executive coach she has advised people in over 20 companies, many of which are in the fortune 500.  Her clients tend to be part of the C-suite or are considered to be high-potential talent in whom the company wants to invest. Many of her clients have therefore successfully risen to the top echelon of their organizations.  

Her deep  experience provides unique insight into organizational dynamics. She has a straightforward approach to consulting, earning her clients’ trust and respect. Her commitment to discretion is a hallmark of her business, as is her appreciation for clients’ time and resources.  

Lauren holds a Ph.D. in Psychological Measurement & Testing from Teachers College, Columbia University and a B.A. from Barnard College.
